Does you design and develop custom WordPress websites?
Yes. Our designers and developers work together to create completely custom WordPress websites. We do not use pre-built themes or generic templates. Each website is planned, designed and developed around the client’s brand, content, users and operational requirements, with a flexible content management experience that allows internal teams to manage the website confidently.
Does Jala Design build accessible websites?
Yes. Accessibility is incorporated throughout our strategy, design, development and testing process. We follow the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines, including WCAG 2.2, and consider areas such as keyboard navigation, semantic HTML, colour contrast, content structure and compatibility with assistive technologies. We also provide standalone accessibility audits, remediation and ongoing accessibility monitoring.
Do you integrate with ticketing, CRM and other platforms?
